Secondary Math Education major at University of Mount Olive. Graduation year: 2017. I have a 3.6 GPA. I have completed Calculus 1-3, Modern Algebra, Advanced Calculus, Statistics 1&2, and Differential Equations. I have also completed 5 different Education classes. The education classes cover in class observations and one-on-one tutoring.
Experience
I have tutored others students while in high school. I also am currently a tutor at University of Mount Olive. I am a Supplemental Instruction instructor for College Algebra for the past 2 years. I have also worked and managed the university's math clinic, which is a walk in help session for all classes that are related to math. I want to be a tutor because I want to help students and have them not hate math but understand it and be able to use it.

Hobbies
I have been an athlete all of my life. I have played soccer and baseball throughout high school. I have also played and help coach soccer at University of Mount Olive. I keep up with all sports and enjoy just watching them. I also know what it can be like to juggle have a busy schedule but still having to get all of the school work done. I am also a very personable and can be a good role model for any young person in life.
